Camp Reminder Calls

Each summer we call parents a week before their camper’s assigned session to remind them about check-in and to see if they have any questions. This strategy has lowered the camper no-show rate and has helped us fill almost all our camper spots! This work is vital in making sure our families have the information they need to succeed.
