We host all kinds of events at Zilker Lodge, some of which are overnight stays in our bunkrooms. All event start and end times are negotiable. Most evening events are scheduled to end at midnight to begin teardown.
Zilker Lodge is a non-full-service facility. This means the client is responsible for set up, teardown, removal of trash, and cleaning the utilized spaced so the facility is back in its original condition after their event.
Yes, we offer approximately twenty (20) folding 6′ tables and (120) accompanying stacking chairs with your rental agreement for your use during your event.
Yes! We have several areas outside and inside that are perfect for hosting a band for your event.
No restrictions for indoor noise. Outdoor live or DJ music has an 11pm end time.
Yes. Self-serve alcohol and served alcohol allowed by a TABC licensed bartender. Rental contract contains details.
Yes! The commercial kitchen is available for your use. As the use can vary greatly depending on your needs, we are happy to discuss the rental price for the kitchen based on your specific event.
Yes! The Pavilion is a large covered area that has picnic tables, fans, and a roof to keep out most of the weather during your outside event.
The lodge has indoor spaces and outdoor tents are allowed.
