At Sunshine Camp, your child will find a lot of fun things to do - some of which they’ve done before, maybe some they haven’t. And though water activities tend to be among our favorites during the summer; as you can see, there is really something at camp for just about everyone!
Activities are planned and introduced in a progressive format allowing campers to feel comfortable with themselves as well as the feeling that they are part of the group with other campers in the program. This supportive environment allows campers to decide to what degree they wish to challenge their own personal limits; often beyond their expectations, enhancing their self-concept. In addition campers learn important life skills in the areas of group decision making, effective communication skills, trust, team building and friendship.
