Tell us about your goals
For this year, my expectations and goals for leadership are becoming a better person in and outside of my community. I also want to be able to make a name for myself. I want to become a better leader and teach people that sometimes when doing the right thing you have to stand alone. Some qualities I posses that I think other people could benefit from would be my ability to be open and be able to listen to others problems. I try to help people as much as I can. Also, being able to stand up for what I believe and what I think is right is another quality I posses that I think others in the leadership program could benefit from.
